Selling car refrigerators is not the end of our service, but the beginning of our service. So, if you buy our car refrigerator and there are quality issues later on, don't worry. We will provide relevant after-sales service, and during the warranty period, we will repair it for free. We have never changed this. Our warranty policy is three years for the compressor and one year for the entire machine. Outside the warranty period, as we are the manufacturer providing repairs directly, we will not charge extra fees. If you encounter after-sales problems, you can call us at 0571-86955939 (with international long-distance service enabled), or leave us a message on the website, and then send us the refrigerator video/picture, as well as the refrigerator malfunction issue. After we see it, we will make a judgment on the refrigerator malfunction. If you don't need to return to the factory for repair, we will send you the corresponding parts and send you the repair video. You can replace the parts according to the repair video. If we use return to factory repair, we will arrange for it.
