Warranty policy
From the date of purchase, if the equipment malfunctions, a one-year free maintenance service will be provided for the entire machine, and a three-year free maintenance service will be provided for the compressor, except following situations:
• Artificial damage
• Damage caused by force majeure such as earthquake, conflagration, etc.
• Damage from inappropriate use or violating this instruction.
• Damageor malfunction caused by disassembling.
The compressor is working normally and the temperature inside the box is not decreasing
Main reason: refrigerant leakage
Solution: Keep the pressure of the refrigeration pipeline and check for leaks. After finding the leak, repair it with welding and refill it with refrigerant
The power indicator light on the control board is green, indicating that the compressor is working, but the actual compressor is not working
Main reason: The six core connector on the control board is loose
Solution: Open the control board and reconnect the six pin connector
The temperature value displayed on the control board is incomplete
Main reason: Some digital tubes on the control board are damaged
Solution: Replace the control board
The compressor is working normally, but the lights inside the box are not on
Main reason: Lamp board malfunction
Solution: Replace the light board
The refrigerator is not functioning
1. Check if the power supply is connected correctly (whether the plug is loose, positive or negative)
2. Check if the power switch on the control board is turned on
3. Check if the fuse is blown
Abnormal refrigerator noise
1. The car refrigerator is not placed steadily
2. Touching walls or other objects
3. Loose or detached internal components
Condensation on the surface of the refrigerator
When the ambient air humidity is greater than 75%, there may be slight condensation on the surface of the box. The higher the humidity, the greater the probability of occurrence, which is a normal phenomenon
There is a sound of flowing water inside the refrigerator
This is the sound of refrigerant flow, which is a normal phenomenon
Poor refrigeration of refrigerator
1. The food storage capacity is too large, the placement is crowded, and the air conditioning circulation is not smooth
2. The box door is not closed properly
3. Sunlight exposure or nearby heat sources
4. Improper temperature setting
5. Too much hot food added
6. The door seal is damaged or deformed, and the sealing is not tight enough
When the refrigerator reaches the set temperature and the compressor stops working, the temperature inside the box will continue to decrease
After the compressor stops working, because the refrigerant pressure in various parts of the refrigeration system pipeline has not reached equilibrium and continues to flow, it will continue to evaporate and absorb heat. When the compressor stops for 3 minutes or more, the temperature will not continue to decrease, which is a normal phenomenon.
The sound is slightly louder when the compressor starts up
At the moment of starting the compressor, the sound will be slightly louder, but after the speed stabilizes, the sound will decrease, which is a normal phenomenon.
